Scenario: You have documents in Dropbox that are not yet in the LedgerDocs Inbox.
- Create a temporary folder outside of your Dropbox
- Move files from your Dropbox folder to the temp folder. Wait for Dropbox icon on your computer to show the green check mark.
- Move files back to Dropbox from temp folder.
- Dropbox and LedgerDocs should start syncing again
One reason why your Dropbox may fail to sync with LedgerDocs is that you have exceeded your storage capacity in Dropbox . Please ensure you have adequate space in your Dropbox account.
